When sourcing Japanese vehicles we work directly with only 2 professional buyers in Japan, who between them have many years of experience of the established import market in New Zealand and Southern Ireland. We purchase cars to a specified quality and specification level and not down to a price.
Our advertising policy, including this web site, is not to include flowery descriptions of our vehicles. This is not laziness, it's just that we prefer to list a comprehensive specification for each car and then let the customer decide. We publish photographs wherever possible and more detailed pictures can be e-mailed if required. We undertake to give all customers who telephone before traveling to view, an accurate description of any of our vehicles.
We do take in part exchange vehicles, but we retain only the best examples for retail. If the condition of any part exchange is not up to our standards, it is disposed of to the trade or via auction. For more information on part exchanges go here
You will hopefully gather from the photographs on our web site that our level of preparation is second to none. We encourage you to visit us personally in order to see for yourselves that our presentation is not just skin deep.
Where it is a part of the sale agreement, we guarantee that any pre-delivery inspection and mechanical preparation will be carried out to a professional standard. Any work that we are unable to carry out in-house, for example MOT testing and paintwork, is sub-contracted only to reputable specialists.
It is our policy to deal with only the most reputable finance and warranty companies and to be completely transparent in such dealings. Please see the section devoted to this important aspect of used car purchase. As a matter of course we also carry out HPI and vehicle mileage checks, where appropriate.
